Nope. It does not work. Compiling 4.3.3 using the latest binutils leads to the
same problem. Why?

As for today, the binutils and the kernel (4.3.0-1ppc) upgrade did not fix
the issue.
Right now I am compiling by myself the 4.3-source package and try to see if
it shows some differences...

If the problem is the kernel, can you suggest me a way to debug this

Hello
I wanted to test this bug, but cctools is no more in Debian.
Bug was opened on 2013/08/21
cctools was removed from Debian on 2013/09/08
See https://tracker.debian.org/news/153893
So I think this bug could be marked as fixed.
Best regards

Can you rebuild the official x11vnc package using this patch to solve

Thanks...

I tag the issue with `squeeze' because it is the only

Hi,
I can't reproduce the bug on either wheezy or sid, as I have
installed libnvidia-compiler without problems.
Can either or both of the reporters provide more information
about how they had the bug?

Hello Hilko,
It seems that this bug is very old, and also that the activity upstream
is low. Do you confirm the bug is still there, or do you think it can be
closed or otherwise be dealt with?
Thank you,

experience it in sid i386 either.
