It is called explicitly in debian/rules. It may even have been me who
originally added the line. It works for 2.1.4.
All it does is generate the BASH completions so I wouldn't call it
critical
s a very significant change from 2.1.4 to
2.1.5 with other things aside from PyQi. The minor change in version
number is misleading!

Hi,
If I were the overlord of Debian I'd say that GUI-only commands should
not take up any "precious" 3-letter command names, but as I'm not I
agree that we need to respect the principle of first-come-first-served.
Andreas' fix should work
latest version installed it does not *build*
