More on this bug: if I copy /etc/mono/config to ~/.mono, then f-spot
runs. According to strace, it appears to be looking for mono stuff in
/usr/etc, which is an odd path to be looking for anything on a Debian
system.

I did a satellite install (as shown in the debconf information below).
The postinst script then installed /usr/share/postfix/master.cf.local
