config/data and poppler doesn't aim to be compatible with xpdf's
config/data: xpdf-japanese needs to grow compatibility with poppler
instead

The reason for the versionned build-dep is the addition of
dh_gtkmodules, which is Debian specific; derivatives might have had
versions inbetween.
Anyway, will push a NMU reverting this bug.

build against old and new geckos (to send patches upstream), it's
easier to conform to the -rpath $(MOZILLA_HOME) case.)
