prerm, as advocated in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2009/03/msg3.html, so I guess
piuparts is flawed.

The problem is that apparently the neko compiler is broken on HPPA. I
have verified the problem on paer.debian.org. Working on a solution.
