after more trying I found out, that when I give --debootstrap, the
command finished, seemingly successfully.
This is nowhere documented - every example on the web and in the manpage
is without that option, and I would assume that the scripts "knows"

I also tried the same with a loopback dislk image - no success.
I do exactlky what is documented, and have no idea how to investigate
the problem further.

The call to make-fai-nfsroot fails, no nfsroot can be built.
This problem also appeared in Ubuntu, but I didn't look into it because a lack
of time.

My previous patch did not solve the Problem completely according to the
policy. We decided in irc therefore to remove the whole debconf support for
the fai package (only for the package at install time, not the debconf
features for client installation).
