FTR, there was some confusion on the status of nqp builds. We looked
at the wrong build log, believed there was still a problem wirh ARM
arches and so we asked to remove moarvm, nqp and rakudo from ARM.
We were wrong so we've added ARM back in the list of supported arches.

I checked the BIOS Battery and found that it was flat. The Bios did not
emit the promised beep on low battery:-)
But in any case, this is clearly not a bug in the kernel/grub, so
apologies for the noise. The delay in reporting was because the machine
