close 1099928 thanks FTR, there was some confusion on the status of nqp builds. We looked at the wrong build log, believed there was still a problem wirh ARM arches and so we asked to remove moarvm, nqp and rakudo from ARM.
We were wrong so we've added ARM back in the list of supported arches. This did solve the migration issue. All the best
