I have the same issue. It seems Debian’s Grafana is packaged with jQuery 2.1.
However, jQuery.event.props has been removed before this version.
I think Grafana 2.6.0 depends on jQuery 1.8. By all means, I successfully
worked around this bug by replacing /usr/share/grafa
