It seems that /etc/apache2/conf.d is no longer used as the Apache
configuration directory. There are /etc/apache2/conf-available
and /etc/apache2/conf-enabled instead.
So, I have fixed the problem by moving the symbolic link dokuwiki.conf from
/etc/apache2/conf.d to /etc/apache2/conf-enable

uninstalling plasma-scriptengine-python, but of course that breaks python-
based plasma widgets.
