Package: libasound2-plugins
Version: 1.0.27-2+b1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
It's not possible to install libasound2-plugins:i386, making i386 applications
break sound output (due to the lack of pulseaudio plugin).
For example, trying to game on wine while listening to sound will not work (if
the sound starts first, the game doesn't output sound. If the game starts
first, the music doesn't output sound).
This is what I get trying to install it:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libasound2-plugins:i386 : Depends: libavcodec54:i386 (>= 6:9.1-1) but it is
not going to be installed or
libavcodec-extra-54:i386 (>= 6:9.8) but it
is not going to be installed
Depends: libjack-jackd2-0:i386 (>= 1.9.5~dfsg-14)
but it is not going to be installed or
libjack-0.116:i386
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
I tried some workaround found on http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=692520 but nothing worked.
Please ask if you need more information, I'll be glad to provide them.
