/lib/udev/rules.d/45-libmtp8.rules from kfreebsd's binary since that
architecture doesn't use udev.

It fails in a local kfreebsd-i386 (kvm based) exactly the same way -- so
it seems to be rather reproducible.
I tried it today and it does not fail in my local
kfreebsd-i386 (kvm based) :-(

The packages failing to build because of this bug are at least mlt
and subversion (don't ask me why subversion has a dependency on vlc ->
libmtp8) putting here in case anyone wonders.
