Justification: breaks the whole system
Hi,
I've filed this bug under the this package since, although one could
argue that initramfs-tools has the problem, the difference appears to be
kernel version.

Hi Felipe,
The latest version of checkinstall is failing to build on alpha and ia64
because you are build-depending on libc6-dev, which is not the right package
on these archs (or on non-Linux archs). If there is a reason you need this

Hi Sebastian!
Hmm, the problem seems to be worse: the init script isn't stopping the

When trying to build wxPython from it's spec file on Debian 4.0 it tries
to unpack the tar.bz2 using /usr/bin/bzip2.
The correct path is obviously /bin/bzip2.

Yes. I don't know why, you might want to check the removal logs. :-)

I am running 2 instances of collectd (through two config files in
/etc/collectd). Both are started by /etc/init.d/collect start, but
/etc/init.d/collect stop only stops one of them.

It's true that cairo-java now builds in unstable, but the build-dependency
on glib-java should still be versioned. So cairo-java still has a bug here,
AFAICS.

No, it does not. Only sid fails and it logs a warning for unresolvable
dependencies.

/var/lib/dpkg/info/ocsinventory-agent.postinst solved the problem for me.
