I see other issues with patches.
In 00_previous_patches_transitions.dpatch only the patch against
doc/sitecopy.fr.1 should be kept and 04_manpages_addition_fixes.dpatch
and 02_french-po-fix.dpatch need to be redone.

Also patches are applied after the first call to make. This is
wrong. Patches should be applied before the call to configure.
