command that Knights is using is correct by the xboard specification,

Happens here too. I checked the source package and found that
debian/patches/002_default_paths patches /usr/share/roxen4/start with the
wrong path.
By the way, the init.d script *also* tries to kill the roxen mysql server. I
think one kill is enough.

be rebuilt first (and all depending ones), then we should revisit this
