Bug#295804: A fix for the dependency generation bug

This bug appears to be caused by the patch in #272307 attempting to use the [i386 ...] syntax in the Depends field, which is invalid and causes dpkg-gencontrol to ignore the whole line. Here's a patch to instead pass a substitution variable to dpkg-gencontrol at build time. -- Daniel Schepler
