Still exists, but can be fixed by the following steps:
1. Add systemd.unified_cgroup_hierarchy=1 to the kernel command line, i.g. like
so in /etc/default/grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="quiet splash initrd=/install/gtk/initrd.gz

Hi,
With more or less default systemd configuration from
Debian testing and unmodified oomd configuration the
daemon fails to start with the following error:
oomd[483]: /sys/fs/cgroup is not a valid cgroup2 filesystem
