it seems that even though the ICal Validator accepted my calendar
without complaints, according to RFC 5545 (section 3.6.6) the ics-file
generated by Group Office is indeed not valid:
"The 'VALARM' calendar component MUST include the 'ACTION' and 'TRIGGER'
properties."
