Dear Maintainer, importing an ics-file from Group Office (www.group-office.com; version: 5.0.95) with lightning results in an error for every event without an entry in the VALARM section. [JavaScript Error: "Invalid alarm for item: e05ccbaf-c734-430e-8f9a-12e31e05f1f0 (BEGIN:VALARM END:VALARM ) exception: [Exception... "Illegal value'Illegal value' when calling method: [calIAlarm::icalComponent]" nsresult: "0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE)" location: "JS frame :: resource://calendar/modules/calUtils.jsm -> file:///usr/lib/icedove/extensions/%7Be2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103%7D/calendar-js/calItemBase.js :: cIB_setItemBaseFromICS :: line 863" data: no]"] The VEVENT that caused this particular error message was: BEGIN:VEVENT UID:e05ccbaf-c734-430e-8f9a-12e31e05f1f0 DTSTAMP:20150325T170143Z LAST-MODIFIED:20150311T104338Z CREATED:20150311T104338Z SUMMARY:Spiegel-TV: MSF STATUS:CONFIRMED X-FUNAMBOL-ALLDAY:1 DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20150319 DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20150320 BEGIN:VALARM END:VALARM END:VEVENT It seems that the error is triggered by every single event when importing the calendar as an ics-file. When I tried to access the calendar via CalDAV, the error was only caused by _recurring_ events without an entry in VALARM. After I had entered a reminder for every such event, the calendar was imported without problems. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.8 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages iceowl-extension depends on: ii icedove 31.5.0-1~deb7u1 ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u8 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 Versions of packages iceowl-extension recommends: ii calendar-google-provider 31.5.0-1~deb7u1 Versions of packages iceowl-extension suggests: ii fonts-lyx 2.0.3-3 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
