Today, apt-get upgrade wants to give me all kinds of experimental packages!
Those including the libc6 stuff that got messed over last week. I in no way
request this. This is the bug.
I enclose sources.list if this be of any help here.

failed to send because of broken system.
Update: Up and Running Once Again (phew!)
Googled on chroot input output error, found a arch-linux thread which lead me
to the solution: The libs were being loaded from i868/cmov se
Still no bootable system. However, instead of missing sh when chroot
from live CD and missing init when attempting to reboot, I have
input/output error.
Clues? Has to be on root as opposed to usr or such because only that
partition is mounted at the time. Something on /lib or /lib/i386-...

This was the second time apt-get upgrade placed packages from
experimental (when I am using Sid). The first time, I noticed in time
and stopped it (always run -s first!). This time, I did not notice.
So it placed several experimental packages include libc6-2.18.
System was bootable with this. A
