Hi, I did a few tests today. While I was successful getting to work startx properly, I didn't manage to get an active CK session with slim (I didn't try xdm). kdm, gdm3 and lightdm work out of the box. So my recommendation is: If you use a display manager, you can either use kdm, gdm(3) or lightd
