I was hit by that bug too on my debian and ubuntu test machines.
Well, at least I think this is the same problem. Short answer: xen 4.1.1
compiled by gcc 4.6 (debian testing/unstable and ubuntu oneiric use that
version) produce a broken hvmloader.
