Hi Karl dpsyco-cfengine clearly install the manpage into /usr/share/man/man1, but it never triggers anything on install. It must be some fault in apropos command that do not check whether the manpage is actually there still. I assume that the file /usr/share/man/man1/update-dpsyco-cfengine.1.gz

Hi Karl As far as I know there is no man database as you describe it. Manual pages are simply installed to /usr/share/man/man?/.?.gz But maybe things have changed since I built this package, but I can not find anything in the Debian policy handbook about this. http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-pol
