A Google search suggests this was reported to upstream a while ago as
issue 186 but I do not have permission to access this ticket (
http://redmine.webtoolkit.eu/issues/186 ). Reported upstream and
waiting for input.

I was wrong: this still happens in 3.1.7 but only if built against
Boost 1.42.0. If I build either 3.1.2 or 3.1.7 against Boost 1.44.0 (I
took libboost 1.44.0 from experimental and built packages for
squeeze), it works fine. Maybe this is an issue in Boost itself :-?

I can't believe this! : )
I manage to run wt-homepage example with this cmake option :
"DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug" (instead of 'Release').
With this 'Debug' option the example seem to work fine.
So I am agree with
I've been testing on a Ubuntu 10.10 machine and I can only reproduce
the issue with the packages downloaded from Ubuntu archive. If I take
the source and rebuild it myself, the wt-homepage example works fine.
Weird. I'll research the issue on a squeeze machine tomorrow.

I can reproduce this in 3.1.2. It works fine with 3.1.6. This looks
like a bug in Wt itself. Still researching.
