Just like Frank wrote, package "texlive-base-bin" is required for
"debianize-fmtutil".
I did a quick check on the Debian PTS pages, and the chain adds up in
Lenny (Debian stable), so I'm curious to know why texlive-base-bin
wasn't pulled in by the APT installer.

Aptitude is having difficulty configuring latex-cjk-all.
I have shown what happens during an aptitude upgrade below.
I get the same same issues if I use aptitude -f install latex-cjk-all.
I have tried this several ways, it does not adversely effect my system but
is unsightl
