the SOVERSION

I have to add, that I deliberately decided to move liblvm2app.so.* to /usr/lib,
as I didn't see the necessity to keep in in /lib

Hi,
the next release of DeviceKit-disk (i.e. udisks) will implement support
for LVM2 [1]. It uses the lvm2app library for this.
Please consider building lvm2 with the --enable-applib configure switch
and packaging the resulting lvm2app library files.
