Bug#557607: nm.debian.org: P&P1 template: warn that libpkg-guide is buggy

tags 557607 + patch submitter 557607 ! thanks P&P1 template contains a link to libpkg-guide, which has been seriously buggy for months: http://bugs.debian.org/493951 In the mean time, libpkg-guide was removed from Debian. I propose to remove all references to it from the templates. -- Jaku
