As far as I see, ClientForm.py is only used for searching eTBLAST from
within bibus' UI. Unfortunately, the corresponding website changed its
structure, so that the whole of bibus' eTBLAST search does not work ATM.
This means, I cannot finally check, that replacing bibus' ClientForm.py by a
depend
