As far as I see, ClientForm.py is only used for searching eTBLAST from within bibus' UI. Unfortunately, the corresponding website changed its structure, so that the whole of bibus' eTBLAST search does not work ATM.
This means, I cannot finally check, that replacing bibus' ClientForm.py by a dependendency on python-clientform will be okay. But work is underway (on upstream side) to rewrite bibus' eTBLAST search functionality. If it would be okay for you, ubanus, I would like to wait until this is finished. As soon as I see, how the new search is implemented, I can check the replacement by Debian's python-clientform, in case it will still be needed at all. On the other hand, if you have strong feelings about removing bibus' ClientForm.py, please tell me, and I will disable eTBLAST search and remove ClientForm.py for the moment in an intermediate upload - no problem.
