same here, server is etch, 2.0.9-4etch1, with openvpn 2.1~rc9-3 I can not
connect
any more, daemon.log shows lots of
cerebrum openvpn[31729]: TLS Error: Unroutable control packet received from

When downgrading openvpn 2.1~rc9-3 to 2.1~rc7-1 i

After upgrading to 2.1~rc9-3, OpenVPN fails TLS negotiation. Downgrading
to 2.1~rc7-1 (the latest currently on snapshot.debian.net) fixes the
problem.
