Package: openvpn Version: 2.1~rc9-3 After upgrading to 2.1~rc9-3, OpenVPN fails TLS negotiation. Downgrading to 2.1~rc7-1 (the latest currently on snapshot.debian.net) fixes the problem.
High verbosity settings and tcpdump both confirm packets containing keys and/or certificates are being exchanged in both directions. The server prints the TLS: Initial packet log message but never the VERIFY message.
