No. dh_pycentral is a helper used to install the files, and thus it
should remove them.

I have rewritten jppy and chose to use python-support because I am
more familiar with it. The package was previously using
python-central. After the upgrade, the software fails to start,
because Python trips over the broken symlinks in
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-package
