there are two init scripts to configure serial ports:
/etc/init.d/setserial
/etc/init.d/etc-setserial
In case of an existing /etc/serial.conf, the script /etc/init.d/setserial
can be only used to handle modules or get some status. The actual configuration
will be done by /

I want to use setserial in manual mode (don't use the kernel
autoconfiguration.
I use "dpkg-reconfigure setserial" and select manual.
I create the file /etc/serial.conf
but after a call to /etc/init.d/seterial start nothing is done.
