The problem was solutioned as Windows style, misteriously.
After many reinstalls of samba versions, I de-installed the samba completly,
but not purged, then I installed the version 3.0.14, and it worked as
espected, then I upgraded to 3.0.23c-1, and guess, it worked as espected
too.

in the smbd, but the process don't stop.
