The problem was solutioned as Windows style, misteriously. After many reinstalls of samba versions, I de-installed the samba completly, but not purged, then I installed the version 3.0.14, and it worked as espected, then I upgraded to 3.0.23c-1, and guess, it worked as espected too.
I supouse that actualize over and older version in this case cause some libraries or binaries not to be replaced, is the only explanation I found. Thanks for the attention.
