The patch I sent does have a possible problem: It disables all the
keys except for 1-9, '-', '+' and '\' when running xorg with the
following configuration:

The keymap for Apple USB keyboards (UK) is incorrect.
Keycode 41 (0x29) is §/±. (section/plusminus)
Keycode 86 (0x56) is `/~. (grave/tilde)
