I have a fix for this bug. After applying the
30nfs4.dpatch, there is a function in mount/nfsmount.c
called probe_port, which contains the statements:

It seems the new NFS4 patch is not entirely fixed as CFS does not work
with the new mount version. Going back to 2.12r-8 makes CFS work again.
