I just wanted to add that I also experienced this bug when I upgraded
from 0.44-2 to 0.47-1.1. I said I wanted to only receive e-mail
messages if the info was different from the previous day, but the conf
file that was produced contained:

asked me if I wanted to not receive emails daily when only the same
issues as the previous day were found. I answered that I did NOT want
to receive duplicate emails.
