I'm not really sure about what should be done with this bugreport, but
it appears that wings3d import is now totally dropped by upstream. I
guess that it was no longer possible to support it, so...
Maybe we should either close this bugreport or retitle it to something
like ``[regression] wing

blender 2.37a-1.1 from testing works OK.
