I'm not able to reproduce it. I can't check if it is fixed in 2.0.4.
Fixed since 2.0.3 (Stephen tested my fix and okayed it.)

I get random 'A' (up arrow) and 'B' (down arrow) characters inserted
into the file every now and again. When using the left arrow I get 'D'
characters and with the right arrow key I get random 'C' characters
inserted occasionally. This is causing me no-end of errors in my
server config files.
