I ran into this exact problem today with 1:3.4p1-1.woody.3. It's
undoubtedly a server-side MTU issue. I was able to do
ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED] /sbin/ifconfig eth0 mtu 1000
and after a brief pause, everything works again.
The pause is presumably because it sent me an oversized packet befo
