We would benefit from a separate debian-wiki list to allow further
discussion of the Wiki without diluting debian-www.

After watching and participating in the last BoF about the wiki in
DebCon25, I friendly support the creation of a mailing list specific for
wiki topics.
Many conversations in both areas (web and wiki) are infrastructure
related (and web and wiki have totally different infrastructure) a
Package: lists.debian.org
