HelloAfter watching and participating in the last BoF about the wiki in DebCon25, I friendly support the creation of a mailing list specific for wiki topics.
Many conversations in both areas (web and wiki) are infrastructure related (and web and wiki have totally different infrastructure) and I think it's cleaner/easier to have the conversations in separate lists.
