I think i fixed the issue in a different way in experimental package
by reusing ROCM_DOCS_REMOTE_DETAILS
I think it should be a rather better option to push the latest version
of python3-rocm-docs in sid, don't know if it's still possible.
What do you think should be preferable

Fine by me. You could also check with upstream, if upstreaming the patch
is an option for you.

python3-rocm-docs generally assumes internet access, and hard-fails in
two cases, of which one can be worked around by setting the envvar
ROCM_DOCS_REMOTE_DETAILS.j
I have attached a proposed workaround
