Bug#1104200: lf: Updated Version 35 available with important bugfixes

The tcell version has not been updated in v35 but was already at 2.8.1 in version 34 which is already in testing. Additionally, please note that version lf 35 also has multiple updated modules which include fixes for some concerning bugs github.com/Xuanwo/go-locale
