bind9-utils Provides bind9utils, but bind9-dnsutils doesn't appear to
have a Provides on dnsutils

Hi,
please drop the bind9utils and dnsutils as they are also listed as
virtual package by having Provides: in the replacement packages.
This causes apt failing to resolve the right dependencies in some
situations.
You can also drop the Provides:
