Is the fix pending or not working?

upstream maintainer here.
Ubuntus Debian Import Freeze is schedule for 20th February. I can surly
tell that we won't release another version until this deadline.
So please package the latest stable release, which is version 1.5.3
before that deadline.

I am not sure but it seems the WATCH is not able to correct sorting "v1.5.3"
and "v1.5.3-rc1".
It still show "v1.5.3-rc1" as the latest version available.
But the latest version available is "v1.5.3".
