Debian's llvmlite package was updated recently
So I updated numba to 0.57.1 and released it to unstable, but even with
the updates it still crashes on arm64.
I forwarded it to upstream.

I'm not really sure what to do about it.
I looked some and there are a variety of different types of segfaults
triggered by numba on arm64. I wasn't able to find any particular
patterns.
I have most of the patches they initially recommended but upstream has
moved on to released 0.57.0 which suppo
