As a side note, my laptop tends to overheat and shutdown when stressed,
so "powersave" is a life-saver.

With ipw2100 driver version 1.0.5 I cannot associate to any AP (tested with
two different configurazion).
I had to remove the patch 12_ipw_open_aps.dpatch and recompile, then
