Also I noticed once you upgrade php-mysql to testing it breaks the cacti web interface. Same problem, php can't find mysql lib. Upgrading php4 solves this (upgrading php4 pulls apache and a bunch of perl packages from testing it seems). Thanks for your good work and prompt response.
